She takes her time to understand what you want and offers thoughtful suggestions. Her attention to detail is incredible. Everything she does is intentional and precise. Beyond her technical skills, she creates such a welcoming and comfortable space. She is incredible knowledgeable and kind. She always values healthy hair and delivers stunning results. I love the patience of the lady that I spoke with when I called to make the appointment. I was a bit confused on what needed to be done and she gave me some options and scheduled me with Hope. Like my tattoo artists, I also think hairstylists & beauticians are artists. so I showed her a couple pictures of what I had in mind and gave her the freedom to do what she thought was needed. Love the results!! I also got a drink & never felt rushed like she was just trying to get to next client. Color & cut was $256 after 4 hrs They do everything, next appt I’m going to treat myself to spa day!!

Second hair cut with Mikala, amazing! I haven't had a perfect cut in years. I usually have to re-touch, even out or let it grow out and try again. Older with finer, thinner hair and I am SO pleased with how it turned out and she is really sweet and personable. Already booked my next appointment 🩷
